Privacy policy
This policy explains what SketchRoot collects when you use sketchroot.com, why, and the choices you have. It was last updated on 19 September 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our early access forms: your email address, and if you provide them, your name, the examination you are preparing for and your year of study. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, so that the site can be delivered and kept secure.
Why we collect it
We use your details to send you updates about SketchRoot, including when the first sketches go live, and to understand which examinations our readers are preparing for so that we can draw the most useful subjects first. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting platform, Netlify, and may be passed to the email service we use to send updates. Each of those providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
SketchRoot does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to third party font or tracking services when you read a page.
Your choices
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@sketchroot.com at any time to ask us to access, correct or delete the details we hold about you.
